Well-Fit Group Rides

Well-Fit has 4 group ride on the bike course of the two most popular 1/2 IM  races in our area. Every ride will start with a course overview and then split in to two speed groups. Group one will ride at 15 to 17mph and group two will ride at 17 to 20 mph. Two aid stations will support the ride serving water, sports drink and some energy food.

Spirit of Racine Triathlon bike course ride - May 25 and June 29

Steelhead 70.3 Triathlon bike course ride – June 8 and July 13




Accenture Chicago Triathlon - We Have Race Entries

Group Training program June 3rd to August 24th

This 12 week group training program will prepare you for a successful Accenture Chicago Triathlon, Sprint or Olympic, while using the Harbor Lights Triathlon as a preparation race. New for 2008 we will have two separate groups for the beginners and the advanced. And yes, we have race entry for you.

 

Ishigaki, Japan

Coach Sharone Aharon

As part of the National Team Coaching Staff, Coach Sharone will be traveling as the head coach to support and oversee the USA National Team racing at the World cup in Ishigaki Japan. This is an amazing opportunity for Sharone and Well-Fit. Being selected for Japan, Sharone continues to share his knowledge and gain unique experiences that he can use with the athletes. The race is scheduled for April 11and we wish Sharone and the team great success.
In addition, Coach Sharone was selected to be a member of the National Coaching Commission  (NCC).  The NCC serves in an advisory capacity, working with the National Teams Program director and staff for the USA Triathlon's coaching certification and education programs. It is a privilage for Sharone to be a part of this committiee, and he is eager to become more involved with the NCC.

Running Classes  

Run Interval for Speed
Take your running to the next level; boost your training for the Chicago Marathon or your next triathlon! ChiRunning® Workshop  

Three week program
Learn all the basic skills of the ChiRunning® Technique; run injury free and increase efficiency and speed.  New session format to allow you more time to learn, practice, and absorb.  Join us for a one hour, once a week session for three weeks. 

One day program
We are also offering a one day session on Saturday April 26, 2008.  This is perfect for those who can not fit the three week session in their schedule.  The one day workshop will cover the same information as the three week workshop.

Swim Basic
Eliminate your anxiety about swimming while becoming balanced, streamlined, and confident with the open water swim portion. You will feel comfortable and competitive in the water; we will help you build an efficient freestyle stroke.
