10 week Half Ironman Program

16 week Half Ironman Program
A complete endurance training program that begins (ideally) fourmonths before race day. Those seeking endurance before focusingon race specific training will benefit most from this program.
Per week training ranges between nine to sixteen hours. But theprogram can be easily pared down to accommodate busy schedules,or shear exhaustion. If you do abbreviate the training be sureto concentrate on the workout highlighted in blue. They are critical.

Each participant receives a free, Dri-fit training T-shirt and a water bottle.Cancellation Policy: No refunds for the programs. Registrants have access tothe online programs for 12 months.
