Off Season program
This is a 15-week
program to help you gradually rebuild and strengthen your triathlon
ability. It a great guide to maintain a moderate
level of fitness, with detailed daily workouts of swim bike
run and strength training. The schedule is flexible and you can
move
things around. This program will take you up until the time
you need to start focusing on your race.
In addition to the program, you will have an extensive
online text and video support. Information on:
- Race Planning and Strategy
- Heart rate training and
racing
- Transition
- Nutrition
- Specifically designed to prepare you for the
next racing season
- Help you build physical and mental reserves
- A great guide to maintain a moderate level
of fitness
- Includes swim, bike, run, as well as, strength
training sessions
- A loose schedule with lots of flexibility
- Well-Fit technique classes can be incorporated
into the program
- No specific start dates, you may begin the
program at your convenience
- And other little things that makes a big difference.
In addition, athletes will have unlimited
email access to ask the coaches of Well-Fit relevant questions.
It is a great achievement to have completed
this race season. You have hopefully accomplished many of your
goals and are ready
for a physical and mental break. Your next race is too far to focus
on, but your off-season is right around the corner. The off-season
is a great time to let your body rest and rejuvenate. It is very
beneficial to allow your body to de-condition. However, you do
not want to lose all the fitness you have gained this past season.
Staying active is a great way to recover and maintain fitness.
Many studies have shown that this type of recovery, executed at
a lower level of volume and intensity will speed up recovery and
best prepare you for next season.
We
know this program will assist in keeping you strong and ready
to complete all your future racing goals.
Registrants will have
access to the program for 12 months.
Details
Programs are available for following races. In addition, each participant
receives a free, Dri-fit training T-shirt and a water bottle. Cancellation
Policy: No refunds for the programs. Registrants have access to
the online programs for 12 months.
