A program for athletes who seek race specific, “final
approach” training.
Nine to sixteen hours per week: By all means customize, but don’t miss the workouts highlighted in blue.
16 week Half Ironman Program–Starts April 14, 2008
A complete endurance training program that begins (ideally) four months before race day. Those seeking endurance before focusing on race specific training will benefit most from this program.
Per week training ranges between nine to sixteen hours. But the
program can be easily pared down to accommodate busy schedules,
or shear exhaustion. If you do abbreviate the training be sure
to concentrate on the workout highlighted in blue. They are critical.
Details
Each participant receives a free, Dri-fit training T-shirt and a water bottle. Cancellation Policy: No refunds for the programs. Registrants have access to the online programs for 12 months.
