| | | Well-Fit Announces the Opening of Triathlon-Specific Training CenterOctober 24, 2009
Well-Fit Triathlon and Training, Inc. announced plans to open the first
triathlon-specific training facility in the Midwest this January
2009. Well-Fit has leased more than 5,000 square feet of
environmentally friendly space at 1700 West Hubbard where it plans to
install 17 CompuTrainer cycling machines, 12 treadmills, an Endless
Pool and a personal training studio stocked with the latest strength

| Well-Fit Athletes Excelled at the Accenture Chicago TriathlonAugust 24, 2008
Chicago,
IL -- The Accenture Chicago Triathlon is known to be the biggest
triathlon celebration in the world and Well-Fit was a central part of
that celebration. It was great to see so many of you out there
racing, as approximately 100 Well-Fit athletes competed in the Sprint-
and Olympic-distance races, including twelve in the Elite wave.

| Well-Fit Fall Programs: Maintain your fitness level and start preparing for the 2009The fall could be argued as the most
important time of the training year. Have great fall season training,
and you will likely have a great success the following race season.
Have a poorly planned fall training, with too much time off, emphasis
on the wrong types of training and other pitfalls, and you may be
mentally broken, or in such poor shape at the beginning of the season
that you must play catch-up the rest of the season.

| Bike Technique and Endurance
The focus of the class is
developing cycling efficiency. Some of the key factors we work on are proper
distribution of force throughout your pedal stroke, and comfortable yet faster
leg turnover. Since this class is during pre season phase for most of us we will also

is perfect for those who can not fit the three week session in their
schedule. The one day workshop will cover the same information as the
three week workshop.
