Advanced Swim Technique
Swim faster and further
Sundays, April 22nd to May 13th
Welcome to the next level of swim technique: the pursuit of faster swimming, going beyond the basics of staying afloat and streamlining in the water. If you ever took a swim technique class, this class is your next and final step to ultimate swimming. Collectively the goal is to show the swimmer how to step up their training by emphasizing the more detailed and engaging elements of faster swimming along with exploring the deeper dimensions of propulsion in the water. Learn to swim with speed and efficiency; the more improved this area of your swim the more reserves you can potentially have for the rest of your race. The class is ideally designed for the "Confident Swimmer."
Day & Time: Sundays, 7AM

Race Specific Training Clinic
Learn to train for your race!
April 18th, 7pm
Do you know how to truly prepare for your race? Factors like timing, distance, and terrain are all important, but do you know how to factor all of them into a well designed training program? In this clinic you will learn basic and advanced triathlon training methods and how to apply them for peak performance at your race.

Steelhead Group Training Program
14 weeks - May 1st to August 5th
Optimize your training and race potential! Through a more structured and detailed training program, we will prepare you for a successful Steelhead Half Ironman. You will train with like-minded athletes in an attentive and friendly environment. Training includes a daily workout program, two coached group sessions per week and unyielding support of your triathlon goals. Training sessions meet on Tuesdays at 7:00pm and Saturdays at 7:00am.

Run Interval Class for Speed
May 10 to August 17th (15 weeks)
Do you feel you have done all the miles you possibly can but still can not run any faster? Never ran before and want to start with the “right” foot? Never incorporated speed work or running drills in your training?
Our program will take your running to the next level. Whether you are a runner or a triathlete, we can help you be faster and not just put on the miles until you dread training. Our protocols are used by some of the best coaches in this sport and are based on your upcoming races and goals. In addition, we extensively incorporate running drills and conditioning exercises to promote and develop fast legs and a strong body that supports running.
Day & Time: Thursdays, 6:30PM (meter parking is available on Chicago Ave from 6pm)

Online Training Program
Sprint, Olympic and Half Ironman races
For $10 or less per week
A triathlon is demanding in so many ways. Success requires a lot more time and preparation than you probably realize. Know-how, planning and logistics become more important. Just getting the training sessions successfully under your belt can be stressful.
So what's the answer?
You could employ a coach. This is a great option that produces great results, but can get expensive. You could join a group, but a group will only take you so far. Group training, while beneficial, may gloss over specific things you personally need in order to arrive absolutely ready at the starting line. Worse yet, your life is going to get in the way. This dilemma pushed us to envision a different path. What we have created is Well-Fit's Online Training Program. It is comprehensive, completely adjustable to individual needs, and backed up by an online accessible coach who will answer questions and offer guidance, as well as an extensive collection of online references and video training demonstrations.
Well-Fit's program (an ever-improving work in progress) is organized and developed by Sharone Aharon, who brings to this task a wealth of practical and academic experience. Triathlon is a passion.
