Rachel is a USA triathlon Level I coach and has coached at Well-Fit for the last 2 years. She has 10 years of experience coaching swimming and water polo at a youth club and high school level, and started a club triathlon team at the University of East Anglia, where she studied physical therapy. She has a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine, and a Masters and Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Rachel was a competitive swimmer and water polo player in high school, and competed in both for the British National team while at University. She completed her first sprint triathlon as a 13-year-old, on a mountain bike and without ever running competitively. She has competed at USAT national championships and ITU world championships for the past 4 years, and she earned her elite racing license at the 2016 USA triathlon national championships.
