Rachel completed her 200-hour yoga training in 2010 and has taught students from all walks of life, but now particularly focuses on classes for runners and triathletes. She takes pride in tailoring her classes to the requests and needs of her students, but always includes a mixture of strength-building and recovery.
Rachel has been practicing yoga for 20 years and has competed in running and triathlon events of all distances — from 5ks to ultramarathons and Ironman. She finds yoga to be a crucial part of her own training and performance and is eager to share its benefits with her students.
