Aharon Earns Level III Coaching Certification

(CHICAGO, IL) November 18, 2008 -- Well-Fit Triathlon and Training founder and head coach Sharone Aharon earned Elite Level III USAT coaching certification, the highset certification level recognized by USAT. Eight Level II coaches were invited to the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo. for an intensive one week coaches conference. At the end of the conference, only three candidates passed the stringent requirements to become Level III USAT certified coaches, including Aharon.
Aharon becomes the first Level III coach in Illinois and the Mideast Region, and is one of just 16 Level III coaches in the United States. Aharon joins the ranks of other notable Level III coaches like Joe Friel, Jennifer Hutchison, Gale Bernhardt and Lee Zohlman.
Aharon provides one-on-one triathlon coaching and personal training services to athletes of all levels for $315 per month and just $252 per month for members of the Well-Fit Training Center, scheduled to open January 1, 2009. Athletes personally coached by Sharone will have access to the Well-Fit Training Center for personal, one-on-one training sessions and performance assessments. USAT also invited Geneva, IL-based triathlon coach Christine Palmquist to the conference. Palmquist is affiliated with Trainingbible Coaching and put herself in prime position to be selected as the Mideast Region's second Level III coach in the near future.
