Well-Fit Announces "Members Only" Training Sessions

December 8, 2009 (Chicago, IL) -- Thank you to everyone who has taken advantage of the pre-sale Basic Membership and Coached Membership offers. Many of you have asked about the frequency, dates and times of the Members Only training sessions, and we are happy to annouce the following sessions:

6:00 a.m. Yoga at the Well-Fit Training Center
7:00 p.m. Swim session at Presidential Towers
7:30 p.m. CompuTrainer session at the WFTC

Tuesday
5:30 a.m. CompuTrainer session at the the WFTC
6:00 p.m. CompuTrainer session at the the WFTC

Wednesday
6:00 a.m. Swim session at UIC West Campus pool
7:30 p.m. Yoga at WFTC

Thursday
6:00 a.m. Swim session at Presidential Towers
7:00 a.m. CompuTrainer session at the the WFTC

Friday
6:00 a.m. Swim session at UIC West Campus pool

Saturday
8:00 a.m. Interval running at the Track, located at Chicago and Lakeshore

The number of Members Only swim sessions will decrease when the group training programs are in full swing, but it will never drop below two per week. The CompuTrainer sessions will follow Well-Fit's tried and true Bike technique I class schedule, so the session will be the same each day during a given week. Of course, members will have access to all of the equipment -- including the Computrainers -- for solo training sessions at any time.

f you have not signed up and would prefer to dip your toe in the Training Center before committing to Membership, consider purchasing a 10-Pack of guest passes for just $150. When you are done with your 10-pack and ready to join, you can apply the cost of your 10-pack to the first month's membership dues.
