Well-Fit/GaG Announce Steelhead Training Camp

December 17, 2008 (Chicago, IL) -- Well-Fit Triathlon and Training extended its successful partnership with Get a Grip Cycles, the leader in bike retail and fitting services, for 2009, and the two pillars of Chicagoland multi-sport announced plans to co-host a Steelhead training camp in Benton Harbor, Mich. in June 2009. The camp will consist of fully supported swim, run and bike workouts, and a blow-out BBQ on Saturday night at the Get a Grip compound (a/k/a Kevin's summer house). Best of all: it's totally free! We hope to see you there whether you are signed up for Steelhead or just want a fun weekend of high quality training outside the city.
Get a Grip Cycles will continue to be the sole cycling retail partner of Well-Fit Triathlon and Training in 2009. Members of the Well-Fit Training Center can take advantage of 20% discounts on labor, 15% discounts on accessories, 10% on bikes, and 50% off labor until March 1, 2009. Further, Get a Grip Cycles will provide four Cannondale road bikes for the convenience of Well-Fit members who either forget or do not want to use their own bike in the CompuTrainer Room at the Well-Fit Training Center.
Get a Grip Cycles also will provide bike fit services free of charge to all participants in the Polar Ironman Wisconsin Training Program. Space is limited in this all-inclusive seven-month program led by professional triathlete and coach Elizabeth Fedofsky Waterstraat and spots are disappearing daily. Be sure to register today!
