Friday, December 12, 2008 at 4:10pm

December 12, 2008 (Chicago, IL) -- Well-Fit Triathlon and Training announced its Winter training classes lineup. The cycling classes, including the biggest, baddest cycling program in the known universe -- Brute Force Cycling -- will all take place in the CompuTrainer Room of the Well-Fit Training Center, scheduled to open on January 1, 2009. Well-Fit's CompuTrainer set up will be the most technologically advanced cycling dojo on the planet, and will include not only power meters, but also cadence, heart rate monitoring, and the ability to upload the data generated by each cycling session to an online training log or your own personal files for later reference.

Registration also is open for the Polar Ironman Wisconsin Training Program, a seven month training program developed by professional triathlete and coach Elizabeth Fedofsky to provide every resource you need to not only finish Ironman Wisconsin, but finish strong!

Registration in the Brute Force Cycling program and the Polar Ironman Wisconsin Training Program is LIMITED to 16 participants, so sign up today!

Endless Pool

The freaking huge dual-lane Endless Pool was delivered last week and is presently being lowered into the ground in the Endless Pool Room at the Well-Fit Training Center. Be sure to reserve some pool time with Well-Fit swim guru Keith Klebacha early in 2009!
