Class will be held in the most advanced cycling dojo in the city; the Well-Fit CompuTrainer Room. You will us power, cadence, and heart rate to identify the optimum pace for your unique cycling technique and race day goals. As a bonus, you will receive a free guest pass to the Well-Fit Training Center so that you can ride the virtual bike leg of the Chicago Triathlon course (or any other course of your choice), so that you will be completely prepared for your race!
