Bike Technique & Endurance I
Bike Technique and Endurance is a class designed by the Midwest's only USAT certified Level III coach Sharone Aharon to perfect your pedal stroke and cycling technique while increasing your endurance. Cycling, especially in triathlon, is more than just hammering the pedals. Through video analysis, meticulously designed CompuTrainer workout sessions, and the ability to save your workout/power data from each session to your own TrainingPeaks workout log (yes, that's included), this is a program that will benefit you this season and for years to come.
This class will take place every Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m., in the CompuTrainer room at the Well-Fit Training Center. Bring your bike. If you have to miss a training session, just talk to your coach; Well-Fit will make certain that you get exactly what you paid for. You're busy; we're flexible. No worries.
All classes dates and times are tentative and may change. A 50% refund will be given if you cancel more than two weeks before the start of class. No refunds within two weeks of the class start date. Any coupons or other discounts must be taken at time of purchase only.
