Develop the foundation for proper movement, optimal performance and injury prevention. Strengthen yourself with functional exercises designed to address muscles and actions involved in the swim, bike and run.
Each week we'll go through a series of challenging and purposeful strength exercises, plyometrics and dynamic movements. These will all be designed to help you become a more powerful athlete and ready to handle the rigors of triathlon and endurance training.
