Nine O'Clock Club

Join Well-Fit for the ULTIMATE total body conditioning program.

This training program is designed for anyone who wants to get their body in great shape. The “Nine O'Clock Club” will combine running and conditioning sessions to produce the fastest results. This program is one, two, or three days a week, where Monday will be dedicated to cardio circuit training, Tuesday to strength and conditioning and Thursday to run interval training. We will explore a variety of conditioning methods to create the healthiest you ever. The program will include:

  • Indoor and Outdoor Run Intervals
  • Core Strength and Joint Stability
  • Strength Conditioning
  • Yoga
  • Stretching

 

The 9:00 Club will be Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and last 60-90 minutes. Don’t miss out on the chance to get into the best shape of your life. Sign up now! Spots are limited.
