Nine Thirty Challenge

Do you want to lose weight, and get stronger and faster at the same time? Join the ultimate, total body conditioning program.

 

This is an eight-week training program designed for anyone who wants to get their body into "great shape”. The “Nine Thirty Challenge” will combine interval training, and strength and conditioning sessions to produce the best results. No, this is not CrossFit, or Shred415 but it will include all of it with great attention to form, core and joint stability, strength, and speed. This is an 8-week session meeting two times per week.

 

Program Highlights: 

  • Develop Core and Joint Stability
  • Increase Functional Strength and total body conditioning
  • walk/run/climb/row intervals
  • Stretching
  • Track your workouts on your own free Trainingpeaks account
  • Only 10 sports are available per class

 

The Nine Thirty Challenge will start Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30 am and last from 60-90 minutes.
