I picked up Cyclocrosswith no bike handling experience of any type. I wanted to improve my bikehanding skills and also continue to stay in shape after the triathlon season.Cyclocross (CX) ended up being a perfect solution. I am very fortunate andgrateful that I had Coach Ted help prepare me with a well thought out racestrategy to have successful races and an overall successful CX season
