Join us for a 12 week training program in 2018. We will work on skills needed to compete or improve at the Sprint and Olympic distance levels.
This training program meets three times weekly. Under the guidance of an experienced coach, athletes will train to improve their technique and build their endurance as they prepare for their target race. Training will cover all facets of a triathlon, including swimming, biking, and running. You will also be provided with weekly training plans and coach-led clinics and instruction on various topics including transitions, open water swimming, pacing, and nutrition.
The athletes will be training at the state-of-the-art Well-Fit Training Center, which is designed around the endurance athlete’s needs and specifically those of the triathlete. The Training Center is equipped with 24 CompuTrainers, endless pool, treadmills and a vast array of functional conditioning equipment.
The program will run from June 4 – August 25, 2018 (12 weeks) with two weekly 60-90 minute training sessions
