Well-Fit Course Rides for 2011

Take part in the 2012 Well-Fit Course Rides


Ironman Racine 70.3 Rides:
- May 26th
Ride Schedule (in Central Time):
‎7:30AM – Coaching staff arrives to parking lot
‎8:00AM – safety talk and weigh-in
‎8:10AM – Ride starts
‎12:00PM – Ride ends
‎12:30PM – Support car going off line

Ironman Steelhead 70.3 Rides:
- June 17th (part of Half-Ironman Camp)

Ride Schedule (in Eastern Time):
‎8:30AM – Coaching staff arrives to parking lot
‎9:00AM – safety talk and weigh-in
‎9:10AM  – Ride starts
‎1:00PM – Ride ends
‎1:30PM – Support car going off line

Ironman Wisconsin Rides:
- July 28th and 29th (IMOO Training Camp Weekend Rides)
- July 29th
- August 18th (Well-Fit members and group training program participants only)

Ride Schedule (in Central Time):
‎7:30AM – Coaching staff arrives to parking lot
‎8:00AM – safety talk and weigh-in
‎8:10AM – Ride starts
‎12:00PM – Ride end
‎12:30PM – Support car going off line

 

Each ride will be fully supported by Well-Fit Triathlon and Training with plenty of food and water, as well as mechanical support and logistical aids to keep you on course.  In addition, Well-Fit coaches will join participants in multiple pace groups, to accommodate all levels of athletes. 

Each rider will receive a card with emergency contact information to the sag car and turn-by-turn directions.  There will be moving aid stations during each ride.

The start locations for the rides are:

  • Racine - North Beach Park, 100 Barker, St. Racine, WI 53402
  • Steelhead - Jean Klock Park, Benton Harbor, MI
  • Wisconsin - Fireman's Park, Verona, WI
Schedules for each ride will vary by location.

Well-Fit members $10 per ride
Non-members $15 per ride
