2010 Fall Ironman CRUNCH TIME Training Group
Starts: Week of Sunday September 6th, 2010

There comes a time in every Ironman Training Program when it becomes “CRUNCH TIME”. This is the time when training becomes significantly more tuned to the Ironman Competition. After building an fitness for months, the final ten weeks prior to an Ironman competition are when athletes can either make or break their Ironman experience. The “What-When-How” of training becomes crucial to an athlete’s Ironman competition.
For athletes training for the 2010 Fall Ironman Races (Florida, Arizona, and Cozumel) that time is NOW.
Well Fit Triathlon & Training has designed a training program specifically for 2010 Fall Ironman Races. If you have been training on your own or with a group and would like a dynamic, race specific program to get you through your final stretch of training, then this program is for you.
• IM Florida , 11/6/2010, - 9 Weeks
• IM Arizona, 11/21/2010 - 11 Weeks
• IM Cozumel, 11/28/2010 - 12 Weeks
Program Specifics:
• Complete - day by day training program on your own Trainingpeaks account
• Initial One on One consultation meeting with your coach to build a yearly plan
• 24/7 Email access to your Well Fit Coach
• Coaching on additional aspects of IM including: Training and Racing Nutrition, Transitions, Race Plan and Mental Preparation
• Well-fit Membership for the length of the program
• Discount on VO2 Max Testing
• 1 Coached Sessions per week on Tuesday Nights @ 7:00pm, mostly in the pool @ Well Fit Computrainer Center
