Kick start your 2010 season with the Well-Fit Pre Season Program!
In this nine week program, we will develop your strength and aerobic conditioning for a speedy 2010 season. Each week, an experienced coach will provide you with an online training plan consisting of swim, bike, run and strength workouts to prepare you for your upcoming season. Tuesday nights we'll meet at the Well-Fit Training Center from 6:00-7:30 pm (Session II) & 7:30 - 9 pm (Session I) for a varied format class; be ready to bike, run or strength train. Monday (Session II) Nights & Thursday (Session I) mornings we'll meet at the pool in Presidential Towers from 7:00-8:00pm & 6:00 -7:00 am to focus on stroke technique and efficiency.
