Arizona Rock n' Roll Half Marathon Training Program

Well-Fit’s experienced USAT & USATF coaches and personal trainers are ready to help you complete an amazing spring half marathon.

Meg RunningThis is a 12 week program designed to help intermediate/advanced runners finish the Arizona Rock n' Roll Half Marathon in comfort and reach new heights with the support of a group to help them through the bumps in the road that come with fall and winter training. There are 2 coached sessions per week coached by USATF & RRCA certified distance coach and winner of the Illinois Marathon, Meghan Kennihan and Fred Eiglman. Meghan will give you run specific core & strength training advice, weekly newsletters with training tips, and nutrition advice for the run.
