Ironman Wisconsin 2016

The Well-Fit Ironman Wisconsin training program is designed to provide comprehensive training and support to successfully complete Ironman. Since 2009, we've helped over 100 athletes cross the finish line at Ironman Wisconsin.  For dates and details on this program click here

Fall Swim Technique Class

One of the biggest fears of triathletes is the swim portion of the race. A race is not won with a great swim but it can be lost with a poor swim. We can help you eliminate your anxiety about swimming while becoming balanced, streamlined, and confident with the open water swim portion. Click here for more details.

Iron Fit Cycling I & II

Iron-Fit Cycling is a two-step program over the Fall and Winter that will progress the athletes level of fitness within each session.  Any athlete that wants to make cycling their strength in Triathlon will benefit from this program.  Iron-Fit I will focus on fundamentals and technique while Iron-Fit II will be geared towards strength and climbing.  For more details and registration click here.

Learn to Swim

One of the key components of any triathlon is the swim. In order to keep you from being stuck on your back, trying to catch your breath, we've come up with a few classes that'll greatly increase your confidence and ability in the water. No matter what your skill level, we have something for you.

Swim Masters Club

Well-Fit's Masters Swim Club offers quality swim training with the triathlete in mind. The club meets three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. For more information, and registration, Click Here.



Monday - Thursday: 5:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 6:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
