Each week, Coach Elizabeth Waterstraat and the Well-Fit Swim Coaching Staff will give you an online training plan consisting of swim, bike, run and strength workouts to get you geared up for your upcoming season. Brute Force Cycling

Swim Masters Club
Well-Fit's Masters Swim Club offers quality swim training with the triathlete in mind. The club meets three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, starting on October 1st. For more information and registration, Click Here.
NEW HOURS OF OPERATION
Starting October 1st, Well-Fit will have new hours of operation. The changes will be as follows:
- Monday - Thursday: 5:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 6:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
The new times will be in effect from the beginning of October through Summer 2014.
