Learn to Swim

One of the key components of any triathlon is the swim. In order to keep you from being stuck on your back, trying to catch your breath, we've come up with a few classes that'll greatly increase your confidence and ability in the water. No matter what your skill level, we have something for you. Click on a class below for more details.


Well-Fit's Masters Swim Club offers quality swim training with the triathlete in mind. The club meets three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. For more information, and registration, Click Here.
