Well-Fit's Late Season Training Program is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and support to successfully complete your fall/early winter triathlon. If you are racing an Olympic, ½ Ironman, or an Ironman in October or later, this is the program for you! Well-Fit's Masters Swim Club offers quality swim training with the triathlete in mind. The club meets three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. For more information, and registration, Click Here.
Starting Memorial Day, Well-Fit will have new hours of operation. The changes will be as follows:
- Monday - Thursday: 5:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 6:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
The new times will be in effect from the end of May until October 1st.
Wheels for Rent
Carbonic is a new company that makes race wheels. Well-Fit is starting a Race Wheel Rental Program, offering a front "404", and a rear "808", for $150, from a Thursday to a Tuesday. We have three sets, and they are available NOW!!! Come in and ask the front desk for details.
