Swim Technique I - May 12th

One of the biggest fears of triathletes is the swim portion of the race. We can help you eliminate your anxiety about swimming while becoming balanced, streamlined, and confident with the open water swim portion. You will feel comfortable and competitive in the water. Chicago Triathlon Training - June 2nd

Fall Ironman Training - June 17th
