In order to keep you from being stuck on your back, trying to catch your breath, we've come up with a few classes that'll greatly increase your confidence and ability in the water. Eagleman/Toughman Wisconsin (High Cliff) 70.3 Training Program
This training program works with multiple races and includes two weekly coached sessions to provide you with periodical training and technical feedback, as well as triathlon-related education to improve yourself as an athlete. For more info, click here.

Wheels for Rent
Carbonic is a new company that makes race wheels. Well-Fit is starting a Race Wheel Rental Program, offering a front "404", and a rear "808", for $150, from a Thursday to a Tuesday. We have three sets, and they are available NOW!!! Come in and ask the front desk for details.
