This program is designed for athletes preparing for a Half-Ironman, where we'll develop your strength and aerobic conditioning for a speedy triathlon season. Each week, Coach Ted will provide you with an online training program consisting of swimming, biking, running, and strength workouts to prepare you for your upcoming season. Well-Fit's Chicago Triathlon Training group program is a great way to develop and hone your skills, as well as improve your technique. NEW HOURS OF OPERATION
Starting October 1st, Well-Fit will have new hours of operation. The changes will be as follows:
- Monday - Thursday: 5:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 6:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
The new times will be in effect from the beginning of October through Summer 2014.
