Ironman Arizona

Programs starts - July 31, 2017. Well-Fit's Ironman Arizona training program is designed to provide comprehensive training and support to successfully complete the Arizona Ironman or athletes preparing for any of the late season Ironman or Ironman 70.3 races in October or November including Louisville, Miami 70.3, New Orleans 70.3, Austin 70.3, Florida, Los Cabos and Cozumel.

Program starts - June 5. Our professional coaches have years of experience coaching athletes of all fitness levels to help them reach their goals. Our coaches are teachers, motivators, organizers, psychologists, and race strategists. They will help you overcome your fears, break through fitness plateaus, and achieve your peak performance on race day. 

Youth Training Program

Program starts - June 4. The program is designed to encourage young athletes (ages 7-19) to embrace a healthy lifestyle through a fun and engaging triathlon team program.

Steelhead 70.3 Programs

Program starts - April 11. Since 2005, we've helped hundreds of athletes cross the finish line at the 1/2 Ironman level. Each year our group consists of beginners as well as those who have already completed the 1/2 IM distance. Our program includes weekly coached sessions to provide you with periodic training and technical feedback as well as triathlon related education to improve yourself as an athlete. Please select your race, if you don't see your race contact a coach and we will find a solution for you! 
 

Swim Technique

New Programs coming this Fall!

One of the biggest fears of triathletes is the swim portion of the race. For over 15 years, we helped athletes make it their strength. Swimming is generally a technique that revolves around two major factors; reducing drag and increasing propulsion. At Well-Fit, we have developed two classes that will improve both factors. 

Program starts - May 3. Do you want to lose weight and get stronger and faster at the same time? Join the ultimate, total body conditioning program. In this 8 week program, we will meet twice weekly and combine interval training of strength, power and speed with great attention to form.

This bike class is specifically designed to teach beginner cyclists the fundamentals of cycling and improve their comfort on the bike. All athletes and all types of bikes are welcome at this class. Learn from  professional instructors in a fun, non-intimidating environment, how to shift, effectively peddle and ultimately enjoy cycling.

Triathlon Base Training   

This program is designed for athletes preparing for a Half-Ironman, where we'll develop your strength and aerobic conditioning for a speedy triathlon season.  Each week, Coach Ted will provide you with an online training plan consisting of swim, bike, run and strength workouts to prepare you for your upcoming season. 


Coming Soon!  This is an 8 week, 2 hour class that is designed to develop your cycling base and improve your ability to pedal consistently and efficiently for an extended period. Training sessions will be performed mostly in power zone 2 and 3 with occasional visits to zone 4, 5, and 6.
