For Coach Greg, personal training and coaching is all about adding value to another person, or more accurately, revealing the value and capabilities already within the person. His background as an NCAA D1 athlete, Tae Kwon Do black belt, Second City Conservatory graduate (yes, that improv comedy theater) and multiple Ironman finishes has provided him with the the deep knowledge of exercise science as well as a unique perspective on the whole person.

In just a few short years as a Well-Fit member, Greg became a top performer at many short and long distance triathlons. As a coach, Greg applies proven, science-based principles, filters out high risk fads and provides good guidance for athletes of all levels.
