Ironman New Zealand Group Training – October 1 – 22 Weeks
Thursdays, 6:30pm at Well-Fit Training Center, Choice of Members’ swim.
Train with Well-Fit this winter in the early season 2019 Ironman Program. Weekly group sessions, organized and detailed daily workouts and unlimited coaching support. Can be adapted to any early season Ironman race.
Iron-Fit KIDS! Cycling – October 1 – 8 Weeks
Mondays/Wednesdays, 5pm at Well-Fit Training Center and nearby parks
A fun and engaging cycling program for young athletes that will cover all facets of cycling including pedaling skills, intervals, bike handling drills, race strategy and off the bike strengthening.
Swim Tech I – October 2 – 6 Weeks
Tuesdays, 8pm at UIC Small Pool, 901 W Roosevelt
Become balanced, streamlined and confident in the water. This small group class includes a video analysis and is designed for swimmers of all levels.
Iron-Fit Cycling I & II – October 8 – 8 Weeks
Mondays/Wednesdays, 7pm at Well-Fit Training Center
Redefine your cycling ability. This class will make use of the new state-of-the-art cycling studio and altitude training room to improve your pedal stroke efficiency, cycling mechanics, power production ability and overall cycling fitness.
9 O’Clock Challenge – October 9 – 8 Weeks
Tuesdays/Thursdays, 9am at Well-Fit Training Center
Well-Fit’s ultimate, total body conditioning program. Lose weight and get stronger- great attention to form, core and joint stability, strength and speed.
Miami/F^3 1/2 Marathon Group Training – November 5 – 12 Weeks
Tuesdays/Thursdays, 6:30pm at Well-Fit Training Center
This program addresses running mechanics along with progressively developing the strength and fitness you’ll need to run a January 2019 half marathon.
Ironman Wisconsin Group Training – February 4, 2019 – 31 Weeks

Our most popular Ironman program. Daily training schedule, group workouts and unlimited coach support provided to get you across the finish line in 2019. This program can be adapted for any late summer, early fall Ironman. **EARLY BIRD PRICING THROUGH DECEMBER 1, 2018!!
Half Ironman Spring 2019 Program – February 5 – 18-21 Weeks

This program is designed for athletes looking to compete in a May/June 70.3 Ironman such as Wisconsin 70.3, Mont Tremblant 70.3 and Steelhead 70.3
