Whether you are looking to complete your first triathlon or trying to improve your performance, Well-Fit’s Chicago Triathlon group training program has helped hundreds of athletes achieve their personal best. In this program, we will build your fitness and develop the skills needed to compete at the Sprint and Olympic distance. This program meets three times weekly, and training will cover all facets of a triathlon, including swimming, biking, and running. Daily training plans will be provided through trainingpeaks, coach-led clinics, and instruction on various topics, including transitions, open-water swimming, pacing, and nutrition. The program includes the following

  • Day-by-day organized training plan for your race
  • 3 coached training sessions each week
  • Unlimited communication with your coaches
  • Periodic swim, bike, and run testing
  • Sponsor and product discounts
  • Teammates to help motivate and inspire your training
  • Race-day team tent and cheering stations

Cost – $600

  • Swim – Thursday, 7 pm at UIC West campus rec center (828 S Wolcott Ave, Chicago)
  • Bike – Monday 6:30 pm at the Vision Quest Studio (2525 N Elston Ave)
  • Run – Wednesday 6 pm at lakeshore park, 808 N. lakeshore drive (Chicago Ave and lakeshore drive)
