Well-Fit’s ultimate, total body conditioning program

Do you want to lose weight, and get strong and fast at the same time? Join the Well-Fit ultimate, total body conditioning program.

This is an eight-week training program designed for anyone who wants to get their “body into great shape”. The “Nine O’Clock Club” will combine interval training, strength and conditioning sessions to produce the best results.  No, this is not CrossFit, or Shred 415 but it will include all of it with great attention to form, core and joint stability, strength and speed. This is a 8-week session meeting two times per week.

  • Core Strength and Joint Stability
  • Functional Strength and total body conditioning
  • walk/run/climb/row intervals
  • Stretching
  • Track your workouts on Trainingpeaks
  • Nutrition consultation is available
  • Only 10 sports are available per class

The Nine O’Clock Club will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am and last 60-90 minutes.
