This is an eight-week training program designed for anyone who wants to get their “body into great shape”. The “Nine O’Clock Club” will combine interval training, strength and conditioning sessions to produce the best results. No, this is not CrossFit, or Shred 415 but it will include all of it with great attention to form, core and joint stability, strength and speed. This is an 8-week session meeting two times per week.
The Nine O’Clock Club meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am and last 60-90 minutes.
