During the Chicago Triathlon group training, we will work on skills needed to compete or improve at the Sprint and Olympic distance levels.
This training program meets three times weekly. Under the guidance of an experienced coach, athletes will train to improve their technique and build their endurance as they prepare for their target race. Training will cover all facets of a triathlon, including swimming, biking, and running. You will also be provided with weekly training plans and coach-led clinics and instruction on various topics including transitions, open water swimming, pacing, and nutrition.
Cost: $170 per month. First month of training will be paid for at time of enrollment.
All of the above plus full access to the Well-Fit Training Center and all classes.
Cost: $240 per month. First month of training will be paid for at time of enrollment.
To train virtually, the athlete should have the following suggested equipment:

In-Person and All Inclusive Morning Program
Bike: Mondays 6:30 pm at Well-Fit Training Center
Run: Beginning May 1 – Wednesdays at 6:00 pm (Weather Permitting)
Swim: Tuesdays at 6:30 pm or Fridays at 6:00 am at FFC Union Station
Remote Program
Participants can join online for bike classes at any of the hours listed above.
**Refund policy: 50% refund up to 2 weeks prior to the start date. No refunds after 2 weeks before the program start date. Injuries will be dealt with on a case by case basis.**
