This program has been designed by Sharone Aharon, USAT Level III coach, to meet the training requirements of athletes at any ability level.

This program is led by exceptional USAT level I and II certified coaches with over 60 years of combined coaching and racing experience, including the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii.

This training group is designed for you whether you are:

  • an individual focused on improving your form and technique to finish the race strong
  • a beginner or an intermediate athlete with some multisport experience, prepared to take your race day performance to the next level
  • an athlete with a long-term goal of completing a full Ironman

 

Three Training Options

In-Person

  • Option to start and end program at any time
  • Morning or evening training options
  • Day by day organized training plan for your race
  • 3 race specific coached training sessions per week
  • Unlimited communication with experienced coaches
  • Periodic swim, bike, and run testing
  • Sponsor and product discounts
  • Supported rides on the Ironman Wisconsin, Steelhead, and Madison 70.3
  • Teammates to help motivate and inspire your training
  • Race-day team tent and cheering stations

    Cost: $170 per month. First month of training will be paid for at time of enrollment.

    In-Person All Inclusive

    All of the above plus full access to the Well-Fit Training Center and all classes.

    Remote Program

    • Day by day organized training plan for your race

    To train virtually, the athlete should have the following suggested equipment:

    • Bike trainer
    • Speed and cadence sensor (optional)
    • Virtual training app (Zwift/Trainer Road)

    Cost: $100 per month. First month of training will be paid for at time of enrollment.

    Hours and Times

    In-Person and All Inclusive Morning Program

    Bike: Wednesdays 6:00 am at Well-Fit Training Center

    Run:  Beginning May 1 – Wednesdays at 6:00 pm (Weather Permitting)

    Swim: Fridays 6:00 am at FFC Union Station

     

    In-Person and All Inclusive Evening Program

    Bike: Thursdays at 7:30 pm at Well-Fit Training Center

    Run:  Beginning May 1 – Wednesdays at 6:00 pm (Weather Permitting)

    Swim: Tuesdays at 6:30 pm at FFC Union Station
