Group Training for Summer and Fall 70.3s

Well-Fit is excited to provide opportunities to train together again!

While it is the triathlon that inspires us, it is the training experience that changes us! Whether you’re looking to maintain your fitness, improve your technique or train for an upcoming 70.3, Well-Fit’s got you covered with our Summer & Fall 70.3 group training program (virtual training option available).

Well-Fit’s 10-week 70.3 group training program will provide you the support, community, and accountability you need to successfully reach your goals.

10-week program runs from July 6th through September 13th, and includes a full training program and three weekly coached workout sessions:

  • Bike – Monday 6 pm (in person or virtual)
  • Run – Wednesday 6 pm at Lakeshore Track
  • Swim – Thursday 6 pm Ohio Street Beach or endless pool

In-Person Program Price:

  • Non-member – $400
  • Member – $280

VIRTUAL PROGRAM OPTION:  All participants receive an online training program, which details exactly what to do each day to reach your specific race day goal.  Includes participation in the weekly virtual cycling classes, and unlimited email access to the head coach.

To train virtually, the athlete should have the following suggested equipment:

  • A trainer
  • Speed and cadence sensor (optional)
  • A training app
  • Stretch bands for swimming
  • Resistance bands for hip exercises

Additional Information

This program has been designed by Sharone Aharon, USAT Level III coach, to meet the training requirements of athletes at any ability level.

This training group is for you whether you are:

  • seek to train among a group of like-minded athletes under the supervision and instruction of experienced USAT coaches
  • an individual focused on improving your form and technique to finish the race strong
  • a beginner or an intermediate athlete with some multisport experience, prepared to take your race day performance to the next level
  • an athlete with a long-term goal of completing a full Ironman

Participants will train with like-minded athletes guided closely by Well-Fit’s USA Triathlon-certified coaches who will not only share knowledge but provide additional motivation.

The program will be led by Coach Ted Ramos, who has years of experience helping athletes accomplish their goals at the half-Ironman distance. He will be assisted by other Well-Fit coaches and Elite Team athletes.

In-Person Program

Bike: Mondays at 6:00PM  at Well-Fit Training Center (or virtually)

Run:  Wednesdays at 6:00PM at Lake Shore Park track – 808 N. Lake Shore Dr.

Swim: Thursdays at 6:00PM at Ohio Street Beach or Well-Fit’s endless pool

Cost

In-Person Program Price:
Non-member – $400
Well-Fit Member – $280

Virtual Training:  You choose how many weeks you will train to prepare for your race.  Well-Fit will provide you with world-class virtual coaching to get you ready, all for only

Non-member – $20/week – $200 for the 10-week program
CTC-member – $15/week – $150 for the 10-week program
Well-Fit member – $10/week – $100 for the 10-week program
