This 18-week marathon training program will develop the fitness you need to be successful, avoid injuries and prepare you to race at your full potential while having fun!
To race a Marathon well, you need to develop a steady-state pace that will give you the finish time that you want. We will help you to develop critical running fundamentals including running mechanics, range of motion, joint stability, and a strong core. This program is designed to prepare you while keep you healthy and injury-free.

Tuesday at 6:00PM at the 606 Paulina Entrance
Wednesdays at 6:00PM at the Lakeshore Park Track (808 N. Lakeshore Dr.)
Sundays Time TBD at Diversey Harbor
$110 per month for All Inclusive Marathon Training Program and Run Club
$295 for Marathon Training Only (4.5 Months)
