This 18-week marathon training program will develop the fitness you need to be successful, avoid injuries and prepare you to race at your full potential while having fun! The Goal Race is the Chicago Bank of America Marathon.

To race a Marathon well, you need to develop a steady-state pace that will give you the finish time that you want. We will help you to develop critical running fundamentals including running mechanics, range of motion, joint stability, and a strong core. This program is designed to prepare you while keep you healthy and injury-free.

The Well-Fit comprehensive training program includes:

  • Ability to customize the plan to your needs
  • Three weekly coached sessions
    • 606 Endurance Run – Tuesday night
    • Interval training – Wednesday night
    • Long runs – Sunday mornings
  • Access to the Well-Fit Training Center and Classes
  • Performance testing is included for:
    • HR Training Zones
    • Training Runs Paces
  • Hands on clinic
    • Nutrition
    • Running Mechanics
    • Injury Prevention
  • Monthly individual discussion for progress review

Tuesday at 6:00PM at the 606 Paulina Entrance

Wednesdays at 6:00PM at the Lakeshore Park Track (808 N. Lakeshore Dr.)

Sundays Time TBD at Diversey Harbor


$110 per month for All Inclusive Marathon Training Program and Run Club

$295 for Marathon Training Only (4.5 Months)
