This 18-week marathon training program will develop the fitness you need to be successful, avoid injuries and prepare you to race at your full potential while having fun! The Goal Race is the Chicago Bank of America Marathon.
To race a Marathon well, you need to develop a steady-state pace that will give you the finish time that you want. We will help you to develop critical running fundamentals including running mechanics, range of motion, joint stability, and a strong core. This program is designed to prepare you while keep you healthy and injury-free.

Tuesday at 6:00PM at the 606 Paulina Entrance
Wednesdays at 6:00PM at the Lakeshore Park Track (808 N. Lakeshore Dr.)
Sundays Time TBD at Diversey Harbor
$110 per month for All Inclusive Marathon Training Program and Run Club
$295 for Marathon Training Only (4.5 Months)
