During the Chicago Triathlon group training, we will work on skills needed to compete or improve at the Sprint and Olympic distance levels.
This training program meets three times weekly. Under the guidance of an experienced coach, athletes will train to improve their technique and build their endurance as they prepare for their target race. Training will cover all facets of a triathlon, including swimming, biking, and running. You will also be provided with weekly training plans and coach-led clinics and instruction on various topics including transitions, open water swimming, pacing, and nutrition.

Bike: Mondays at 6:30PM at Well-Fit Training Center
Run: Wednesdays at 6:30PM
All Inclusive – $200 per month – Training program + membership. We want to ensure your absolute success by doing all your training with Well-Fit under the watchful eye of all our coaches. Enjoy unlimited access to the computrainer and altitude rooms, endless pool, and all classes.
