Youth Triathlon Training Program

12-week program

Encouraging young athletes to embrace a healthy lifestyle through a fun and engaging triathlon team program

 12 Program – June 6th to August 28th 

This 12-week training program will develop the young athlete’s fitness, skill, and strategy to complete the Youth Triathlons.

The Well-Fit youth training program meets two times weekly and trains under the guidance and supervision of certified and experienced coaches. This training program focuses on developing the skill, technique, and fitness of the younger athlete looking to participate in a triathlon.  Training will cover all facets of a triathlon, including swimming, biking, and running.

Program includes:

  • Day-by-day training plan
  • Swim, bike, and run workouts
  • Training Peaks account to deliver the program and monitor progress
  • Clinics on various topics
    • Bike handling safety and skills
    • Open water swimming
    • Transition

The athletes will be training at the state-of-the-art Well-Fit Training Center, the only center designed around the endurance athlete, specifically those of the triathletes. The Training Center is equipped with 24 CompuTrainers, an endless pool, treadmills, and a vast array of functional conditioning equipment.


Group training meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 pm.


Members: $635, Non-Members: $695 (price includes triathlon racing kit)
