Many new triathletes describe the swim as the most significant barrier to enjoying the sport. We can help you! Discover the key to conquering your triathlon swim challenge! For many newcomers to the sport and some veterans, swimming poses the biggest hurdle. But fear not – we’re here to transform your anxiety into confidence and mastery in the water. Our program is designed to sculpt your stroke into a poised, efficient freestyle. We aim to equip you with the skills and assurance you need to thrive in the water.
Led by Dana Pierik and Sharone Aharon, seasoned swimmers and USAT-certified coaches with over 50 years of combined experience. Our small classes ensure personalized guidance and attention. Get ready to glide through the water with balance, speed, and newfound swim success! During Well-Fit’s 6-week Swim Technique I class, participants will benefit from the following:
- Comprehensive Training Structure – Visual Progress Tracking – Personalized before and after video stroke analysis to display individual progress throughout the program.
- Structured Learning Approach – A meticulously designed curriculum honoring essential aspects such as optimal body positioning, enhanced breathing techniques, and the finer mechanics of the freestyle stroke.
- Progressive Skill Development – Engaging and progressive drills curated to bolster comfort levels, improve balance, and systematically develop each component of the freestyle stroke for sustained improvement.
